The Staff

Ms. Audry Jackson has run Sleeping Dragon Hill for more than nineteen years. As manager, she skillfully and knowledgeably keeps the villa in prime condition and manages the staff to provide world-class service with a classically Vincentian touch of discrete warmth and attention to detail. As Butler, she is eminently skilled at providing an atmosphere suited to the tastes of guests, whether that be laid back-- shorts and sandals, beachside picnics, barbecues and poolside drinks; or elegant-- world class formal dinners served to the highest international standards, elegant evening cocktail parties or late night poolside dancing. Many guests choose a bit of both during their stay. Ms. Jackson will also knowledgeably offer and arrange a full array of activities, including tennis, yoga, horseback riding, scuba, snorkel, sailing or golf, or visits to St Vincent, Bequia, Martinique, Canouan, or Tobago Keys. In short, Ms. Jackson will make your stay at Sleeping Dragon Hill truly memorable.

Our chef, Ms. Earline Walters, received her professional training on the Canouan resort and joined the estate from her position as a supervising chef at the top-rated Grenadines House in St Vincent. As a Vincentian, Ms. Walters is able to create both fine dining experiences to an international standard as well as wonderful Caribbean cuisine, all topped off with great desserts. She brings a passion and a desire to meet your specific requirements, be they food preferences or dietary needs. Whether it is four course dinners in the main dining pavilion, delicious hors d’oeuvres on the veranda, casual meals at the poolside dining gazebo, beachside picnics, a quiet  breakfast, afternoon tea, or just a snack with a drink or coffee in your private suite, Ms. Walters is sure to please. 

The highly professional resident housekeeping staff will welcome and serve you with great warmth and discretion. They are always excited to share the property with new guests or ones that have returned many times.  Our housekeepers are proud to provide caring attention to all those little details that make your stay truly memorable.

The property includes five acres of gardens, nine buildings, a 70-foot pool, and two poolside gazebos. Guests enjoy air conditioning and high-speed fiber optic internet. Our groundskeepers are dedicated to ensuring the property is in top flight condition during your stay.
